Alight at Chelsea Garden Condo stop (on the left, right after Raffles Girls School stop), there's a small gate next to the bus stop leading to RELC (a short cut, gate closes at 7pm) (note: if the gate is closed, walk pass the new condo development, towards the T junction of Stevens Rd, make a left onto Orange Grove Rd, walk straight up, RELC is on the left) 
 
or take a-20 min walk from Orchard MRT station:
 
Take the exit out to Shaw Centre/Isetan, walk straight along Orchard Rd, landmarks that u will pass on yr right, Royal Thai Embassy, Palai Renaissance, Orchard Towers, Delfi Orchard, when u reach Orchard Parade Hotel, make a right onto Orange Grove Rd, walk up (5 mins) and u wl see Shangri-la hotel shortly, followed by RELC. (if you are lost, ask for directions to Shangri-La hotel which is more well known than RELC).
